Can India Use Recently Bought US Apache AH Against US Military Ally Pakistan?

India on 10th May 2019 received delivery of first 24 Apache AH 64E (I) Guardian, in USA. The delivery is part of an order placed by Govt of India to Boeing to supply 24 such attack hepters. http://faujireporter.com/blogs/2019/05/12/iaf-gets-its-first-boeing-apache-ah-64e-combat-helicopter/

These state of the art attack hepters equipped with most lethal weapon systems are considered game changer in tactical battle field. http://faujireporter.com/blogs/2019/05/14/explained-will-apache-attack-helicopter-augment-capabilities-iaf/

However a question has been raised in social media about US permitting India to use these attack hepters against Pakistan?

Let us not forget Pakistan is legally a military ally of USA under US laws which can not be ignored by the US president. As policy US does not allow use of its weapon systems bought by any nation against her own allies. Recently when Pakistan reportedly used F 16 against India which now carries a tag of strategic partner of USA, the question of US permission was debated.

As per defence experts this is a very serious matter and govt of India must issue an clarification over the issue. Can India use US supplied weapon systems against US military ally Pakistan if she chooses to go for war against India?
